At PacWest you may choose one or more of our settlement services --- if you choose all three you can receive up to  $750.00 at the closing of your home purchase to apply towards closing costs or other cash needs. At PacWest, we pass on the savings directly to you for selecting our real estate, mortgage, and closing services as a package.

However, If you are already working with another real estate agent or you are dealing directly with a seller and only need one or two of our services, that’s no problem, we can still assist you according to your needs.
