FHA PROGRAMS
No re-qualifying, quick and easy process can be handled entirely through the mail with no up-front deposit:

A. The "no-cost" program:
No appraisal, No loan fees or discount points or fees whatsoever. Current interest rate:

6.000% 30 year fixed (APR= 6.287)
 

     

B. The "limited" cost program:
No appraisal, Limited loan fees, No discount points. Borrower pays  for limited 3rd party costs, that may be financed. Current interest rate:

5.500% 30 year fixed (APR=5.874)
 

     

C. The "full cost financeable" program:
No appraisal; 1% Loan Fee, discount and third party costs .Current interest rate:

D.      The "Full Cost ARM"  program:  APR may vary depending on  Mortgage Insurance Requirements. Interest rates may change at any time. Must have existing   FHA   loan  and satisfactory mortgage history. Current interest rate:
                             4.250%   (APR=4.596%)
VA PROGRAM
No re-qualifying, no appraisal report, quick and easy process can be handled entirely through the mail with no up front deposit. Little or NO MONEY at closing, deferred 1st payment O.K. and any closing fees may be financed.Current Interest rate:

5.250% 30 year fixed (APR=5.500%)

5.000% 15 year fixed (APR=5.310%)
