Homeowners with existing FHA or
VA loans are eligible to reduce their existing rate and/or term without
re-qualifying by using this special program. You may also convert your ARM loan
to a fixed rate. This means no new appraisal report or income
verification.
Most programs allow you to add any loan costs to your new mortgage to avoid any
out of pocket expenses. We also offer “limited cost” and “no cost programs”.
